1.DATES FOR YOUR DIARIES:

i)AGM Thursday 17th October

Please make a note of this date and turn up. A reminder we have a short rehearsal followed by a social gathering of wine and nibbles (A1s in charge this year!). The AGM itself is fairly brief but very informative. It’s a forum for members to hear what’s going on, to ask questions and to offer their services, even join the committee…..

ii) Singing at the Christmas Market - Thursday 5th December

We now have a time and date for this: 5pm on Thursday 5th December. We have a half hour slot and hope that we can muster 50 of you for this time.

2. Priority Booking for December Concert Closes on Friday 27th September

Please send your ticket requests in to Sarah Delany sarah.delany@btinternet.com, who has kindly offered to liaise with the Cathedral again.

Tickets prices are the same as the last concert:

• A - M - £50

• N to T - £40

• U to HH - £30

• JJ to PP - £25

• QQ to back and side aisles - £15

3. Thankyou to Adrian Hickford (B1) and Jo Pankhurst (A1)

Adrian has agreed to take on the role of Bass Part Rep. He has taken over from David Reece who had filled the role since 2010! We are still looking for a Tenor part rep.

Jo Pankhurst has agreed to be i/c Registers so please let Jo know joannapankhurst64@gmail.com (and your part rep) know if you have any absences coming up or if you can’t sing in a concert.
