3. Concert Refreshments for28th June

For the concert on June 28th  at Chandler's Ford Methodist Church we are planning to serve non alcoholic drinks and nibbles after the concert, in the Dovetail centre which is part of the church. We need a small team of volunteers willing to take on this task. It will involve buying the drinks and nibbles, possibly hiring glasses, setting up, serving and clearing away afterwards. It would be best if at least one or two people involved are not choir members but are prepared to do the setting up during  the concert. These people need to be over the age of 18.

Please let either Veronica Shaw ( veronica.kshaw@gmail.com )or Sarah Jones

( sj@luminaconsulting.com ) know if you are able to help. Many thanks.
